Mrs. Ruthie Kinker Receives Mugs and Kisses Award

Mrs. Ruthie Kinker, math specialist, is the first recipient of the Mugs and Kisses Award at South Hill Elementary, presented by the Horace Mann Insurance Company.  The Horace Mann Company  recognizes one teacher a month for doing an outstanding job at his/her school.  Shown here is Mrs. Kinker receiving her certificate and gift from Jeff Cox, representative of the Horace Mann Insurance Agency.
